Juliette Loget

General Counsel

Bringing over 15 years of experience at Davis Polk and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris and New York representing companies in complex cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, Juliette now applies her enthusiastic dedication to being General Counsel. Juliette holds an LL.M. in French and German business laws from the Sorbonne and Universität zu Köln, a DESS in business and tax law from Université Paris-Sud in partnership with HEC and the bar exam from EFB Paris. Juliette was ranked as “Rising Star” by French legal magazine, Décideurs Juridiques, as part of their ranking: the "50 business lawyers among the best" in 2018.

Sandra Demol

HR Director

With 10 years of experience as a HR professional in both large corporations and start-ups, Sandra developed a reputation for building strong relationships between managers and employees, establishing trust and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and growth. Sandra stands out for her recognized ability to create from the ground up HR departments in small businesses. She holds a Master Degree in HR Management from the IAE of Rennes.

Julien Puaux

VP Finance

Julien is a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record in managing complex financial issues in diverse environments. Prior to joining Ganymed Robotics, he spent 11 years at KPMG France where he advised clients in more than 20 countries. Julien also served as CFO in the humanitarian sector at Médecins sans Frontières and has a background in M&A advisory. Julien holds a MSc in Management from EM Lyon and a Master in Business Law.

Lukas Vancura

VP QARA

Clémentine has a 12 year-experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance in the MedTech industry. Prior to joining Ganymed Robotics, she ran her own consulting company assisting leading SaMD manufacturers with their QARA issues. Previously, she served for 10 years at Robocath, holding several positions including Head of QARA. Over the course of her career, she successfully implemented QMS from scratch for startups, defined and executed regulatory strategies to obtain regulatory authorizations for complex robotic platforms. Clementine holds a biomedical engineering degree from ISIFC – Université de Franche Comté.

Lukas brings 15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Business Development Sales and Implementations of disruptive technologies in Orthopedics and Radiology. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at EOS imaging and ATEC Spine in USA and France. Lukas brings strong knowledge of global orthopedic market, deep understanding of surgeons needs and global cross-functional leadership skills. He holds Masters Degree in Biomechanics from Arts et Métiers Paris Tech and Brno University of Technology.

Clémentine Liard

Sophie has a passion for leadership and 10 years of international experience in operations, design-to-cost for complex industrial products, consulting, and finance. An engineer by training, she is co-inventor of 4 patents, and received the “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2021. Sophie sits on France’s Ministerial Committee for Robotics. Sophie received an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters Degree in Engineering from CentraleSupélec.

Silvère Lucquin

COO

Silvère has over 10 years of experience in the Medtech industry. As COO of Ganymed, he holds responsibility over the company strategy definition and execution. He brings his experience of launching and fast scaling medtech companies transversally from human resources to industrial partnerships establishment, business modelling and product definition. An engineer by training from Ecole Polytechnique in France and Imperial College in London, Silvère also holds an MBA from INSEAD.
